I want to express my deepest gratitude to CATHERINE at Catherine’s Cutting It Family Salon for the incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism she showed during our recent visit. My 10-year-old daughter, who is autistic and non-verbal, finds haircuts extremely distressing. She was not willing to sit still, moved around constantly, and even hit Catherine very hard a few times out of sensory overwhelm.
Despite the challenges, Catherine never once lost her calm. Instead, she moved with my daughter, adjusting herself instead of expecting my child to adapt — something very few people take the time to do. Her patience was limitless, and her warmth and positivity made a stressful situation feel safe and supported.
She continually reassured me that everything was fine, and her gentle, understanding approach made all the difference. To me and my daughter, Catherine is a true SUPERHERO without a cape.
We left the salon not just with a completed haircut (which felt like a miracle), but with our hearts full of gratitude. God bless Catherine and the entire team — you are doing so much more than just cutting hair. You're changing lives.

I’ve been bringing my 4 year old here for a couple of years now. We’ve always had a great experience - the staff are all lovely and very patient with nervous kids! The play area is fantastic, both my kids love it.
